As the web design manager at Loyola in 2005, I redesigned the homepage and secondary pages of the university website. The new home page focused on profiles of people at Loyola, and established clear audience-based and topic-based navigation areas—a big improvement from the previous site. With the coding approach, I nudged them along in a transition towards table-less, standards-compliant XHTML and CSS.
